Smart Link Campaign Analytics
Smart Links measure page visits, chosen platforms, sharing and QR activity using daily aggregate counters. Campaign tags, referrer hostname and broad device, browser and operating-system categories may be recorded. We do not store raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs, raw browser identifiers or visitor fingerprints in these analytics. Short-lived, rotating hashed network keys are used separately to limit abuse and expire after ten minutes. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests are excluded from campaign tracking. Platform clicks do not measure streams or identify unique people.
Information We Collect
We may collect account details, contact form submissions, music submission details, saved songs, playlist activity, listening activity, and basic technical logs.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate Mix Africa, publish accepted artist content, manage accounts, respond to messages, improve discovery, protect the service, and send important platform updates.
Artist Submissions
When artists submit music, images, bios, links, or profile material, that content may be reviewed, edited for presentation, and published on Mix Africa if accepted.
Service Providers
We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, storage, email, analytics, and moderation. These providers process information only as needed to support the platform.
Your Choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some records may be retained for security, legal, or operational reasons.
